What is wrong with Health care.

While in the ER last night there were two different babies brought one was coughing and then turned blue while at home and they were there for about 10 min. then they were discharged and then the other baby was throwing up blood and they sent them in about 15 min. Am I the only one that sees something wrong with this or am I just crazy now. By the way my trip to the ER a complete joke but hey what do you expect for an ER that overused and under staffed and the staff is prone to believe that every one is faking unless the machines say different. What ever happened to treating the Patient and not the machines.

Life with a Head injury.

Well this is not a good night Im thinking that I have an ear infection and turns in talking to a Dr. i should get looked in the ER because of my past head injury not something I really want to do. I'm still thinking it is just a ear ache or infection but this Dr. has a good point what if it is not and this is a start of something more. Not sure yet what that maybe but now I have to decide if this worth acting on or not. So far all I have is ear pain and now ringing in the right ear but not both go figure and somewhat of a head ache. So yea now because of a head injury over a year ago now I have to go get looked at in the ER even though this is not a true emergency in my book.

Life is Good

Tonight I reliized something that I have not thought about for awhile and the lil girl that was there did not even know what she did for me tonight. I am going to be a dad in just a few a weeks and tonight while helping that lil girl I thought this could be me and my daughter in just a few years and for the first time I started to think a dad and that scares the hell out of me. Life is still good then because I think of all the joy this lil angel is going to bring me.
